In July 2006, Heritage Baptist Church began a Chinese ministry with the purpose of reaching out to non-English speakers in the Toa Payoh estate as well as anyone who is more comfortable listening to services in Mandarin. The ministry has grown from a humble beginning to about 10 members today.

When we were not meeting physically during the pandemic, the Chinese ministry continued their study of the Bible via audio sermons sent through WhatsApp. Plans were then made to upgrade the audio sermons to audio-visual sermons using Screencast-O-Matic. And to reach a wider audience, these audio-visual sermons were posted on our YouTube page.

Currently, the Chinese Ministry meets physically every Sunday at 11:30 AM at Excalibur Centre.
